How we collect and use your personal information

When you complete our contact form or make an enquiry we collect information about you including (but not limited to) your name, phone number, email address and home address. This is in the event that we need to contact you to discuss your query or booking.

Bah Humbug! Fest may use this information to help us understand our customer’s needs and preferences, to better tailor our products and services to meet their needs. We will keep these records for a minimum of 3 years from the date of contact.

We use this information in the aggregate to understand what content our members find useful or interesting, so we can produce the most valuable content to meet your needs. We do not track individuals but look at information in the aggregate only.
